NOTE

From the index pages you can enter the page number of a resolution you
want in the box at the bottom of the Acrobat screen.
To go to a particular year in the
table of contents (which is on page 1), just click on the year in the
contents table.
To see a list of resolution titles
click the bookmark tab on the left of the the Acrobat page. Clicking an
entry there takes you to the resolution's text in the file.
Exit from the file by using the back
arrow on your browser, or use the minimize button.
